They have recently launched a regulated Estate Planning Division, providing it’s customers with exclusive and market leading financial and legal services products.
The role will involve a large degree of client engagement, as you will be liaising with existing and prospective clients over the telephone, via web chat and email.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years contact centre experience, however, full induction training is provided.
Our client is full committed to on-going career and personal development for all of it’s employees, all of which will be given the opportunity to follow an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Contact Centre Operations Management and for those budding leaders the Institute of Leadership and Management is provided.
On offer is a full time / permanent contract with a guaranteed basic of between £20 – £22k per annum + commissions.
